Welcome to Rome! In a quite and green residential area, an elegant, comfortable flat located in the northern part of Rome, perfect for couples or small families but for 4 friends too; thus, it can guest 1-2-3 or max 4 persons. You will be warmly accommodated in this cute flat nicely equipped, at the third floor of a building with elevator.
Air conditioned/Heating
To this two room-apartment belong to:

- living room with well-furnished rollaway cooking corner, sofa bed for 2 persons, table with 4 chairs and TV
- luminous bedroom with French queen-size bed (140 cm)
- closet, windows, and access to the bathroom
- bathroom with shower and hairdryer
- a small and nice panoramic terrace

Nick's House is located in one of the greenest areas of Rome, Tomba di Nerone, on the ancient Cassia Road, one of the consular road that, during The Roman Empire, was considered the most important way in order to reach the city of Florence.
Only 10 minute of distance to downtown, the flat is well connected thanks to buses that run every 10 minutes (buses nos. 201, 301 and 224) from the bus stop situated only 200 m from the apartment.
The neighbourhood will provide you every sort of services: banks, travel agencies, supermarkets, pharmacy, post office, cinemas, pubs, bars and typical roman restaurant, i.e. "trattorie" and "pizzerie".

The apartment is located along the Way Cassia, consular road to north of Rome that lead until Florence. The zone in which the apartment is located calls Tomba di Nerone.
Close to every type of service: banks, travel agencies, pharmacies, supermarkets, post offices them, trattorie and pizzerie cinemas, pub, characteristics Roman and restaurants. Just 9 km from Piazza del Popolo, Castel Sant Angelo, Ara Pacis, Saint Peter, reachable with bus 201 and 301 for Piazza Mancini. The bus stop for downtown is 200 meters from the apartment.
